Schedule a project for your school, work team, non-profit, club, youth group, faith group, etc.!!

Gather your crew of folks and work together on a fun service project that makes a difference in your parks and community! Our volunteer programs are great team experiences for community organizations, corporate groups, youth groups, schools, and faith groups. Take a break from your routine, get outside, get your hands dirty, and enjoy your spectacular national parks next door.

No experience necessary. We provide all of the tools, training, and leadership.

Types of Volunteer Projects:

• Historic Landscapes
• Native Plant Nurseries

3-Hour Volunteer Projects Include:

• Teambuilding
• Energizing Activity
• Hands-On Learning

1. Select a project(s) from our List of Available Projects.
2. Submit a Group Project Request Form and let us know the project(s) you would like to join.
   1. If you do not find a fit from our available projects list, please reach out to us with your availability - volunteer@parksconservancy.org or 415-561-3044 - we may be able to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that we need at least 3 weeks to schedule a successful group volunteer project.
3. Wait for confirmation
   1. If you selected an available project(s), we will respond to you soon with next steps.
   2. Please note, spring & Summer are our busiest seasons--requests received during this time may take longer than usual.
4. Prepare your team
   1. Once you receive a confirmation, share the details with your team. Make sure your team is prepared to be outside, to get dirty, and to have a great day in the parks. Onsite, you’ll be working alongside experienced park staff and interns. All necessary instruction, tools, and gloves will be provided.
