Share My Smile is hosting Smile Fest at Bayliss Park. Smile Fest is a family festival and fundraiser for Share My Smile so we can provide services to over 550 foster and adopted children and their families.

It is open to the public from 11am - 3pm. We are starting setup at 8am and will tear down from 3-4pm.

Please note, if you can only do a certain time frame, that is perfectly fine. The options above didn't allow for customization. If you would like to stay the day, we would love the help and you will definitely have a great time!

We will have live entertainment, carnival games, a Kidz Zone, Teen Tent, vendors, concessions, and more. We will have the positions we need help with a little closer to the event. But some things will include setting up vendor tents, tables, and chairs, games, prizes, concessions, and manning the different areas during the event. As mentioned, we will tear down from 3pm-4pm.

Our mission is to provide family strengthening events and care programs for foster families to encourage true, honest, and happy smiles in children.

Description

Share My Smile provides support to foster and adoptive families in Iowa. We have three main programs to assist our families including Project Birthday Joy, Care for You Action, and Operation Holiday Smiles. These provide support for childrens' birthdays, backpacks full of necessities when children enter a new home, and financial support around the holiday season. Share My Smile hosts free or affordable family strengthening events to give our families a chance to spend time with one another in the community.
