Vivalon is recruiting volunteer instructors to help teach our two evidence-based Fall Prevention programs.
A Matter of Balance (AMoB) Volunteer Instructors help older adults reduce their fear of falling by increasing activity levels, encouraging small changes to reduce fall risks at home, and teaching ways to exercise to increase strength and balance. Evidence-based programs have been proven effective by rigorous evaluation and adapted into models that organizations like Vivalon can replicate to serve their clients.
