iMiracleProject is looking for a dedicated Volunteer Donor Relations Manager to join our team. Volunteer Donor Relations Manager will be responsible for implementing the donor relations strategy in conjunction with the Executive Director and the Board of Directors. We are a growing non-profit organization dedicated to providing medical supplies, humanitarian aid and resources to the people of Ukraine.

Tasks:

  • In conjunction with the Executive Director, implement and assess the overall donor relations strategy that supports the short- and long-term fundraising goals.
  • Build & manage major donor relationships and communication.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Marketing to implement campaigns as they relate to individual giving (such as appeals) for all supporters and new supporters.
  • Develop prospect lists with board members and keep them informed about donations that come in through their networks.
  • Develop strategies to ensure donors are appreciated by way of events, communications, mailings, and other efforts.
  • Sending out year end letters to all donors to detail their annual support.
  • Send out Thank You Notes and create newsletter articles to communicate activity

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in fundraising and donor relations management
  • Prior experience identifying fundraising opportunities, creating campaigns and creating strategies to keep donors engaged.
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of others

iMiracleProject Ukraine Relief Fund ( https://www.imiracleproject.org): We collect funds and in-kind donations to provide vital supplies, food, clothing, and medical supplies through our trusted coordinators in and near the war zone in Ukraine. We also assist refugees on the move inside and outside Ukraine and assist ones who have made it all the way to the Puget Sound area. Since March 2022, we’ve collected over $2M in cash and in-kind contributions and helped over 50,000 Ukrainian war victims.
