As our TikTok Content Creator, you’ll play an important role in conceptualizing, creating, and executing engaging and shareable content for our TikTok channel. We are looking for someone with a passion for storytelling, trend awareness, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences on TikTok.

Team: Marketing

Location: - Located in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and be mainly in-person at our Container/Events. The DPA Container is located at the Dallas Community Beer Garden 3110 Commonwealth Dr, Dallas, TX 75247. Events may also be held around the Dallas, Texas area. Time Commitment: Between 6-15 Hours a week

Compensation: This is a Volunteer Position with no monetary compensation

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce creative and original TikTok content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
• Edit and enhance video content to maximize its impact on TikTok.
• Use creative tools and effects to make our content stand out on the platform.
• Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to align TikTok content with broader marketing initiatives.
• Engage with our community on TikTok, respond to comments, and collaborate with influencers and other creators.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of TikTok content using analytics tools.
• Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing content strategy based on performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications best suited for this position:

• Proven experience as a TikTok Content Creator or similar role
• Proficiency in TikTok's creative tools and features
• Strong video editing skills using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or other editing tools
• Knowledge of TikTok trends, challenges, and best practices
• Excellent creativity and storytelling skills
• Understanding of non-profit and animal welfare issues is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentMust be at least 18 years of age
• Proficiency with Gmail and G-Suite applications
• Fluency in English; bilingual a plus!
• Ability to operate a computer or mobile device
