Trinity Hospice is looking for their newest administrative support volunteer. The administrative volunteer will be providing support to the office staff to help prepare packets, letters and many other things for new patients.
Administrative Duties:
- Assembling marketing and admission packets, etc.
- Assisting with filing, typing, and answering the phones
- Organizing newsletter mailing for Bereavement Services
- Assembling workshop manual and guide books
We provide full training in Hospice philosophy and volunteer duties. Orientation and on-going training provided! Background and reference check required. We will work with your schedule!
Volunteers must be 18 years or older to volunteer directly with patients. No previous training or volunteer work required. Below is a list of the communities that we serve:
Counties Served: Richmond City, Chesterfield, Henrico, Goochland, Hanover, New Kent, Powhatan, Colonial Heights City, Hopewell City, Petersburg City, Louisa, Amelia, Caroline, Cumberland, Dinwiddie, King and Queen, King William, and Prince George.
COVID-19 Announcement:
The staff at Trinity Hospice is following all of the CDC Guidelines and the Virginia Department of Health when it comes to PPE. We will provide you with all of your PPE needs.
