Do you enjoy helping those in need? Do you like talking on the phone? The Trinity's Tuck-In opportunity is for you! Our "Tuck-In Program" consists of a volunteer making a phone call to each patient on Wednesday to "tuck" them in for the weekend. This ensures they have enough supplies and medications to see them through the weekend until the next week. If the patient is in need, our team will deliver requested items in a timely manner and are able to provide comfort care while not physically present in the home. We provide full training in Hospice philosophy and volunteer duties. Orientation and on-going training provided! Background and reference check required. We will work with your schedule!
