We are seeking three additional administrative assistants to join our administrative team and help managing production of our weekly progress updates (covering 100+ people), assist with work review and organization, data entry, supplemental research, and other day-to-day virtual environment tasks helping manage our global team. POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 20 hours a week to volunteer
  • 3-5 hours of availability on Sundays
  • Minimum of 3 months availability
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Solid writing and editing skills
  • Excellent people skills, communication and accountability
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Web design experience and/or a desire to learn basic web design, editing, and search engine optimization
Our weekly progress updates are organized and produced on Sunday for Monday review and publication. Because of this, about 3-5 hours of this volunteer time will need to happen before 8 PM (Pacific Time) on Sundays. The rest will be completed with some followups on Monday and then whenever you want throughout the week.
