Share music with local older adults in just 60 minutes a week
ORGANIZATION: Amherst H. Wilder Foundation
Please visit the new page to apply.
Through Wilder Connect, we provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment for older adults and people with memory-loss disorders to give caregivers a much needed break. As an Enrichment Volunteer, you will help participants experience engaging, enjoyable activities through interactive music. We can't wait to hear what you'd like to lead - interactive options like sing-a-long with someone playing on a guitar or keyboard often go over well!
You can give back and have fun interacting with our participants through short-term or recurring instruction on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis (afternoon options). Join us for short 30 or 60-min. shifts and make a big difference in the lives of local adults and caregivers.
