Just for Us Girls (JFUG) is a nonprofit organization that empowers girls of all ages through educational resources, tools, and support to become a leader of tomorrow in an industry she desires. Whether is attending college and/or moving in the career path after graduation. We offer programs and activities that focus on empowering and educating girls in 7 key areas.

Volunteers will assist with the following:
* Manage all workforce development activities with recruitment and retention, coordinate trainings with partners, support and set-up virtual on-line classes
* Coordinate all program activities, classes, trainings, partnerships, internships, etc.
* Data management for reporting, compliance, evaluation, and participant paid internships and stipends
* Consistently track interactions and update participant files
* Develop all start-up materials (brochure, calendar, participant handbook, curriculum, data management systems to track program outcomes)
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with parents and guardians
* Attend all meetings required by funding partners
* Builds strong partnerships with local agencies/businesses to gain employment opportunities for participants * Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor
* Provide encouragement and recognize accomplishments

Just For Us Girls focuses on ages 9 - 18.

The "Royal Title" Youth Empowerment Program is designed to empower and inspire young individuals to recognize and embrace their inherent potential. We believe that every young person possesses unique qualities that make them extraordinary, akin to the qualities of royalty. Our program is committed to helping them discover their "royal titles" and develop the confidence, skills, and character needed to build a future filled with purpose and success.
