In My Home Hospice Care is seeking Massage Therapy volunteers to give light hand and foot massages to our hospice patients nearing their end of life.
Hospice volunteering is a deeply rewarding and fulfilling way to share your gifts with those who will deeply appreciate the human touch.
Massage Therapy volunteers must hold current license/certification. Volunteers can visit patients who are in their private homes, group homes or who reside in assisted-living care facilities throughout the Valley. We will work with your schedule.
The volunteer process consists of an application/orientation, background check, fingerprint clearance, TB test, and training. Such is at no cost to you and is a part of the application/orientation process.

Mission Statement
In My Home Hospice Care provides an individualized program of physical, emotional. and spiritual and practical care for people in the last phases of a life limiting illness, with and emphasis on pain control and other symptom relief. The program is reflective of spirit and idea of caring that emphasizes comfort and dignity for the dying, making it possible for them to remain independent for as long as possible, and in familiar surroundings. Hospice care is centered on both the patient and family/caregiver. Hospice personnel respect and respond to the unique differences in family/caregiver lifestyle, values and wishes.

Our vision at In My Home Hospice Care , is to exceed the expectation of our patients and families in proving the outstanding care and to encourage patients to make choices for their health and to fulfill these choices that they believe will improve the quality of their lives.
The In My Home Hospice Team is committed to providing comfort and dignity through physical, emotional, and spiritual support. As health professionals. We are dedicated to education the community about benefits of hospice care.
