Lakeland Summer School runs July 10-28 from 8:00-12:00. Students arrive at school at 8:30am and participate in enrichment activities based around math, reading, and writing. Students also have the opportunity to swim daily and get outside for some extra movement. Each week there is a special activity taking place, such as, a bowling field trip, a performance done by the Kids from Wisconsin, and a BBQ. The role of a volunteer during summer school would be to support students throughout their day in their activities. Helping them with writing, reading, math, arts, and swimming and participating in the special activities each week. We'd love to have you join us and make a difference in the lives of a child.
