Veteran Volunteers are needed in the Green Valley/Sahurita area to help us honor our Veteran Patients. We provide all training around your schedule, and reimburse mileage.
As both parties are comfortable, Veteran Volunteers will visit Veteran Patients for one-time pinning ceremonies, or on an ongoing basis for companionship. This much-needed service helps honor patients who are dealing with a terminal illness, and who would benefit from the connection and understanding that only another Veteran can bring.
