The Workshop Facilitator plays a key role in delivering engaging and informative workshops to program participants. They will lead interactive discussions, role-plays, and practical exercises during weekly sessions. The Workshop Facilitator will cover a range of topics relevant to co-parenting, such as communication skills, co-parenting plans, child development, and handling conflicts. They will provide participants with tools and resources to implement what they have learned. The Workshop Facilitator should have strong presentation and facilitation skills, in-depth knowledge of co-parenting dynamics, and the ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Commitment to a 12-week program is required to ensure continuity and quality in workshop delivery.

• Facilitate engaging and interactive workshops for program participants on various co-parenting topics.
• Lead group discussions, activities, and exercises to encourage participants' active participation and learning.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment where participants can openly share their experiences and challenges.
• Deliver presentations and educational materials on co-parenting principles, strategies, and skills.
• Collaborate with the program team to develop workshop content and materials.

Skills Required:
