The Graphic Designer at The Philosopher's Stone Community Outreach (PSCO) creates visually compelling designs to support our organization's marketing and communication efforts. This position focuses on creating impactful and engaging graphics that align with PSCO's brand identity and messaging.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce various marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and website visuals.
• Work closely with the marketing and communication team to develop visual concepts and ideas for campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all materials and channels.
• Collaborate with program managers and staff to understand design needs and requirements for specific projects.
• Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
• Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and industry standards.
• Manage and maintain a library of design assets and templates.
• Support the organization's website design and layout needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of design principles.
• Ability to interpret design briefs and translate them into visually appealing designs.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.
• Knowledge of branding and visual identity principles.
