We are looking for corporate groups to adopt a weekly meal route. Are you looking for a great team building opportunity that allows your employees to give back to the community? This is the perfect activity.
Meals On Wheels of Tarrant County is delivering more than 5,000 nutritious meals a day to Tarrant County's older adults, persons with disabilities, and others that are homebound. This incredible mission is only made possible by the generosity of volunteers and donors.
When you adopt a route, your company's volunteers would be responsible for delivering meals during their lunch time to Tarrant County's homebound residents. It takes approximately 60-90 minutes, one day each week. You can pick a route close to your office to minimize time. The volunteers can go out individually or as a team of 2 or more.

Meals On Wheels, Inc. of Tarrant County provides hot, nourishing meals to elderly and disabled persons who are unable to provide meals for themselves. The meals, plus daily contact by caring volunteers and professional case management allow frail, homebound persons to remain in their own homes...where they want to be.
