The St. Paul Vet Center office is looking for outgoing, organized individuals with general knowledge of copiers and phones to assist the Vet Center staff in the office. Office Volunteers would be greeting clients and visitors to the office, copying/scanning/filing electronically, answering the phones, and other special projects as they present themselves.

Prospective Volunteers must have good communication skills, ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and excellent customer service skills.

VHA Directive 1193 and VA Handbook 5019 requires that Volunteers in this role have a documented COVID-19 vaccine and Flu vaccine.

Minneapolis VA Health Care System is a teaching hospital providing a full range of patient care services with state-of-the-art technology, as well as education and research. Comprehensive health care is provided through primary care, tertiary care and long-term care in areas of medicine, surgery, psychiatry, physical medicine and rehabilitation, neurology, oncology, dentistry, geriatrics and extended care. The Minneapolis VA Health Care System provides for the health care needs of Veterans in Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
