Curry Senior Center is looking for up to 4 volunteers* to help serve lunch and socialize with seniors in our dining room!
Dates : Saturdays and Mondays
Time : 10:15 AM - 12:30 PM
Location : 333 Turk Street, 2nd Floor

Description
Today, at Curry Senior Center we serve 2,600 seniors within a central city area stretching from Potrero Hill to lower Nob Hill and from the San Francisco Bay to Van Ness Avenue. We provide primary care at our medical clinic and through home visits to clients, case management for those who want it, substance abuse counseling, social and educational opportunities, and breakfast and lunch daily for seniors. In late 2003, we opened a new facility for our social programs and permanent housing for 13 formerly homeless seniors. Throughout our history, Dr. Curry's mission statement has been our driving force.
