June 11th: We're doing a grocery and shelf-stable meal box delivery to homebound seniors so they can prepare for hurricane season. The grocery bags and boxes will be packed and ready for you to pick up at the Evelyn Rubenstein JCC (5601 S. Braeswood Blvd). More details will be emailed to you once signed up. No cooler necessary.

Mission Statement
The Meals on Wheels Program provides hot, home delivered meals to qualified elderly and disabled persons in our community. Each week more than 400 homebound seniors in Southwest Houston receive a noontime meal in their home, five days a week. The Meals on Wheels program serves a diverse population including ethnic and religious minorities, individuals of low income status, and those with physical and/or cognitive impairments.
Description
The Evelyn Rubenstein JCC provides multiple volunteer opportunities, including Meals on Wheels, Foster Grandparents, Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), Senior Companions, and more.
