ORGANIZATION: Greater Cleveland Volunteers

Help a local museum fulfill its mission of inspiring, through science and education, a passion for nature, the protection of natural diversity, the fostering of health, and leadership to a sustainable future.

Volunteers are needed as Activity leaders to enhance and improve all Museum visitors’ experience by leading and facilitating family-friendly activities. Possible duties are:

Introduce an activity table and encouraging kids or adults to join.
Engage with families in a proactive way inviting them to explore the activities, asking questions and interacting with them around the activity or specimens.
Offer wayfinding and problem-solving as needed while leading your activity.

We connect individuals and groups, aged 18 and over, to volunteer opportunities throughout Cuyahoga County. We offer ongoing volunteer opportunities at numerous partner organizations, as well as done-in-a-day projects.
