Seeking volunteers to lead adaptive movement classes for adults with disabilities, some with limited range of motion. Open to any type of class: dance, fitness, yoga, etc. This class would ideally meet weekly, any time between 10-1pm for about an hour, on either Mon, Tues or Fri.
Must be comfortable engaging with adults with disabilities. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

We are a nonprofit organization supporting individuals with disabilities, founded in 1949. We operate seven locations that span the Twin Cities metro area, designed to support the diverse needs and aspirations of approximately 600 individuals who receive services each year. We empower people to live the life they choose by providing opportunities and developing partnerships built on collaboration and community engagement.
