Do you have a licensed therapy dog? Please consider making the lives of our patients and families better through your visits. You may visit with patients in their homes, at assisted living facilities or personal care homes.
Visits may take place once a week, once a month or as needed. Anytime you are available will greatly be appreciated.

The mission of Sacred Journey Hospice is to provide compassionate physical, emotional and spiritual support to patients and families while enabling them to live with dignity and comfort as they cope with issues related to a life-limiting illness.
Description
Sacred Journey Hospice provides care to patients who have a terminal illness and their families. We visit patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, our 24/7 inpatient unit or wherever else they may be to provide care on a huge spectrum. We provide for medical, therapuetic (physical, speech, emotional, etc), equipment, medication, supplies, spiritual, social, daily living, veteran and many other needs. Volunteers are a HUGE part of our patient care goals.
