Do you enjoy interacting with people from different countries and cultures? Are you interested in sharing your knowledge about neighborhood history? Everyday, we offer tours and outings for hostel guests wanting to see and experience all that Chicago has to offer. This is a great opportunity to meet and engage with people from around the world.

We invite you to bring your area of expertise to curate a weekly northside Chicago neighborhood tour. We are seeking walking tour guides for areas such as: Andersonville, Wrigleyville, Wicker Park, Logan Square, Rogers Park, and more.

We are seeking a volunteer who knows the area well, and who can share with guests the history that has made the neighborhood what it is today. We are seeking a volunteer to develop a tour focusing on the areas of culture, murals/public art, and/or food. The volunteer would meet guests at our hostel in the Loop, then take them on the CTA to the particular neighborhood, where the volunteer would lead the tour.
