ORGANIZATION: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

· Volunteers duties will vary as per the needs of the lake and park facilities change. Work is team based as part of a 2-3 person team. Volunteers will work with or without lake staff to improve the facilities and the overall aesthesis, and overall functionality of the parks and surrounding government property. Duties include but not limited to tree trimming, water leaks, installing fence (barbed wire and pipe rail), replacing outdated or installing new signs, performing maintenance inspections, replacing/installing BBQ grills, Replacing non-serviceable buoys. Volunteers may utilize hand tools, power tools, or heavy equipment in order to accomplish task. Experience with skilled trades such as plumbing, carpentry, construction, electrical, welding, as well an ASE certified individuals are desired. 20 hours a week required.

End Date - 2024-04-09
