Southbury Ambulance Association (SAA) is seeking a Volunteer CPR/AED instructor that would be willing to teach roughly one class per month. This individual must be certified through either American Red Cross or American Heart Association. The dates and times are flexible and we will work with your schedule. Trainings will be attended by current EMTs and EMRs, as well as by SAA volunteers. As a non-profit patient care organization, we rely heavily on the generous donations that we receive from our community. The time that you donate to train our volunteers and staff is greatly appreciated and goes a long way towards achieving the highest level of community care possible. Description
The SAA is a professional organization that provides emergency care, transport and assistance to residents of Southbury and the surrounding community. On an annual basis, SAA responds to more than 2, 030 emergency requests. We are a non-profit organization and depends on donations and the dedication of our staff and volunteers.
