Gentiva Hospice is looking for a few kind compassionate people who have a few hours a month to volunteer their time with our patients who have life limiting illnesses. When you make a friendly visit, play a game, or make a check in call it means so much to the patients and to the family. These moments can be so beneficial to the patient and so rewarding to you, the volunteer. Certified pet therepy animals are also needed.
Gentiva Hospice provides extensive, friendly, interesting training, ongoing support as well as an atmosphere of inclusion and teamwork. Thank you!
