Companionship and Caregiver Relief Volunteers will provide social and emotional care to terminally ill patients and their families. Duties may include reading to the patient, playing board games or just being a good listener. If the volunteer can sing or play an instrument, they may perform for the patient and their family. This volunteer will work with people of various religious faiths and cultures. Even though the office is located in Lawrenceville, patients are all over the metro-Atlanta area.

Clerical Volunteers will assist in the Lawrenceville office. Duties may include addressing envelopes and database entry.

The required TB test must be done at the Lawrenceville office - 575 Professional Drive, Suite 165, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. For the TB test, the candidate will receive a small injection. The candidate will have to return to the office two to three days later so that a nurse can examine the injection site.
