ROLE: TALENT RESOURCES (Human Resources) Specialist

The Talent Resources Specialist aids with and facilitates human resource processes. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and customer service. Key duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Interviewing Team Member Candidates across Departments
  • Assists with updating and editing Job Descriptions
  • Assists with creating and maintaining HR policies for the organization’s volunteers, contractors and employees
  • Assists with maintaining an up to date org chart and company reporting structure
  • Assists with Job Posting on VolunteerMatch.org and/or the company website
  • Is the main point of contact for Talent Resources (HR) related questions
  • Assists with other duties assigned by the VP, Director or Manager of Talent Resources or other leadership members

One Bread Foundation, Inc. advocates, raises awareness and provides monetary support for the rehabilitation of child victims of sex trafficking in the United States. We are involved in collaborating with various organizations, including but not limited to legislators, law enforcement and rehabilitation resources such as Claire's House and New Day for Children here in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

Everything One Bread Foundation does is focused on one goal: the sustained well-being of children, especially the most vulnerable.

100% of the funds we raise online through our participation in various affiliate programs gets donated to rehabilitate teens and children rescued from sex trafficking.
