OCSP Cat Rescue is in great need of cat lovers who can house a foster cat either short or long term.
Without you we cannot continue to save cats from the city shelters or the streets! Please volunteer your home and time today and be a life saver!

Foster care is when a member of the community takes in an animal temporarily, from short term (a few days) to long term (three or more months). Cats that have been in foster care tend to be adopted quickly.Who can foster: Adults must have transportation for vet checkups and adoption events (in Tustin and Huntington Beach) and complete our application process.All ages need fostering; babies to seniorsFoster needs: Some fosters are independent and some have specific needs. The volunteer chooses what he or she is comfortable with.OCSP will provide the supplies needed to care for the cat for their entire time in foster care. Veterinary care and checkups are included.

Uncompensated volunteers caring for cats of all ages that need permanent homes. Donations are our only source of income to feed, care for and rehabilitate the cats.

We do not have a brick and mortar location.

All cats are kept in foster homes or Petco adoption centers.

  • Fosters require attention daily in the form of feeding and socialization and cleaning the cats living space
