ORGANIZATION: United Way of Martin County/AmeriCorps Seniors

Volunteers United/AmeriCorps Seniors Program is a program of United Way that recruits volunteers for non-profit agencies in Martin County.

The mission of the organization where this opportunity is located is to provide better care of the sick, investigation into their problems and further education of those who serve.

Friendly, compassionate, outgoing Heart Center Waiting Room volunteers are wanted with strong customer service skills. The volunteers will greet and assist family members while their loved one undergo procedures.

Requires standing, walking, sitting and great communication skills. COVID vaccine required. Must wear mask during 4 hours shift.

Training and background check required at agency expense. Must be 18+

Hours: Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00AM - 12:00PM
Saturday and Sunday 9:00AM - 1:00PM or 1:00PM - 5:00PM
