We are Mentor a Promise, a nonprofit organization. We work with students that reside in temporary housing. We need your help. You will be a vital in refining the partnerships team support processes and procedures, thus ensuring quality customer service and a better overall user experience.

This role may be a good fit for you if you have a passion for education, customer satisfaction, and experience working with technology. In addition, you enjoy problem-solving and creating systems and want to work for a small, collaborative, dynamic organization.

Help update the website to reflect all the things we’re doing and grantees we’re partnering with, you’ll also keep other microsites up-to-date, managing both maintenance and, as appropriate, redesign planning. You either know Mailchimp, Squarespace, and Wordpress or you’re self-directed and confidently keen to learn. You’ll help us dive into other microsites as we get there, including being part of the planning, and when we use developers, UX consultants, or others, you’ll play a role in managing and working with them. We imagine this role will involve some degree of data processing and copy-editing as well as communicating with users, those who submit data to our websites, and those with questions about our websites.
