Welcome volunteers!
We need helpers to assist from 10-4 or sign up for a 1 or 2 hour shift. High school (with an adult supervisor) and college groups are welcome.
10-12 Event set up
12-2 lunch service and clean up
3-4 Event tear down
Assistance includes set up, helping to serve boxed lunches and beverages, clearing tables, packing up the event, and clean up. We also need one photographer with a camera and experience.
We will sign all volunteer documents required on the day of the event and can also provide letters confirming hours 3-5 business days after the event.
