Carpe Librum will be popping up in Georgetown University's Red Square (3700 O St NW) for an exciting outdoor book sale on Tuesday, March 21!

This is a great opportunity to spend a day supporting literacy and education in the DC public school system. This is also a great opportunity for Georgetown students! We will need volunteers to help us set up and break down the tables and bookshelves for this fundraising event.

Can you lend a hand?

  • The first shift is from 8:30am - 10:00am helping to set up the tables and shelve books according to category.
  • The second shift is from 4:00pm - 5:30pm helping to break down the tables and pack up books.

Whether you can help out for half an hour or the whole shift, we'd appreciate it! Contact Cassidy at cbins@turningthepage.org with any questions.

(We’re not just any bookstore: we’re a fundraising bookstore! Carpe Librum collects donated books, CDs, and DVDs to support the DC nonprofit Turning the Page.)
