Skipped meals, gun violence and poverty are circumstances that no youth should have to deal with. Use your professional skills to help make sure that one less youth has to experience these challenges.

Many of the youth that Season to Soar serves deal with these challenging circumstances everyday. They face them with resilience and strength. They are capable, fun loving, "normal" kids who face social dynamics that we should not consider normal, or be okay with accepting.

This is a great opportunity to use your human resource related skillset to expand professionally through board service while benefiting personally through giving back and uplifting underserved communities.

The backend work that the HR committee does is essential for Season to Soar to be able to operate and serve youth and their families in low income communities. Your support on the HR team will make a real impact. We need you.

Outreach (HR) committee members have the primary responsibility of seeking, identifying, and recruiting volunteers to fill the various roles within Season to Soar.

Secondarily, the Outreach committee is tasked with seeking new school partnerships to expand our Global Leadership Youth Program, as well as finding new business partners interested in furthering Season to Soar’s goals.
