As an unpaid, volunteer Program Content Developer for Season to Soar, your primary responsibility is to develop and evaluate the curriculum and all relevant materials for the Global Leadership Youth Program. This vital role ensures the effective execution of our flagship initiative, creating a transformative experience for school partners, parents, and youth participants. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing and evaluating other Season to Soar programs aimed at uplifting underserved communities. Responsibilities: Lead the development and evaluation of the Global Leadership Youth Program curriculum, and all related materials. Oversee the successful implementation of the Global Leadership Youth Program and related activities, ensuring impactful outcomes for school partners, parents, and youth participants. Contribute to the development and evaluation of other Season to Soar programs focused on uplifting underserved communities. Cultivate strong relationships with schools, youth organizations, and stakeholders within our target area. Manage project progress, addressing delays and obstacles to maintain project timelines. Communicate committee developments, outcomes, and updates to relevant stakeholders. Actively engage in regular Committee Meetings to discuss progress, formulate strategies, and overcome challenges effectively. Time Commitment: Estimated commitment of 2 hours per week executing projects outside of committee meetings. This position has a term length of 1 year. Qualifications: Passion for Season to Soar's mission and a strong commitment to making a difference in underserved communities. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and program evaluation. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and effectively.
