Videographer- Audition Video (Cheerleaders & Majorettes)

A creative videographer is needed to tape our majorettes and cheerleading team as they submit an audition for the 2023 Macy's Day Parade.
The video will include 15 girls (ages 11 to 21) who will be performing a five-minute parade routine. For an example of what they submitted last year, please see their video - SoulPhamm's NYC Hip-Hop Majorettes 2022 Video - YouTube

We need someone who can do the taping on 6/10 or 6/17 between 1pm and 4pm and then turn it around so that it can be submitted to Macy's on 7/1. The end product will also be posted on our website and social media accounts and the artist will be credited for their work (and can use us as a professional reference moving forward).
Interested candidates are asked to share a little about themselves and their videography experience when they reach out. The next step would be a Zoom call with the Director to share more specifics about the video.

Our vision is to promote virtue, equity, unity, justice, faith, charity and a sense of common purpose and brotherhood among all people with an emphasis on the development and advancement of young people through education, athletics, service and the arts.
SoulPhamm was incorporated as a nonprofit organization in the state of New Jersey on June 25, 2021 and is the "birth-child" of Coach Luis ("Lou") and Dr. Leisa Herrera ("Mz. Doc"). The organization exists to provide training to young people in a variety of sports and performing arts and unique opportunities to display those talents through competition and performance. By integrating mentoring, life skills, opportunities for community service and academic enrichment to the athletic/artistic program, we help make our scholar-athletes as well-rounded as possible, capable of meeting and overcoming any challenges they are faced with. Although Coach Lou passed away suddenly in January 2021, the official launch of SoulPhamm was held on June 26, 2021, which coincided with his birthday weekend. SoulPhamm will recognize its own founding, as well as the achievements of our young people every year on the fourth Saturday of June, as a tribute to the life and legacy of Coach Lou.
