Please join us in sharing your musical talent! The Society (for Handicapped Citizens) of Medina County serves adults with disabilities and we are currently in search of volunteers to take part in sharing their gift of music. Music is at the top of the list of things our residents most enjoy- especially a live performance!
The impacts of COVID-19 prevented many activities and volunteers from working directly with our residents over the past few years, and The Society is looking forward to inviting volunteers to work with our residents and staff once again. Whether you are an individual looking to share your talent with us once or twice throughout the year, or a group interested in performing for us regularly, we would love for you to share your song with us.

SHC, The Arc of Medina County, partners with individuals with disabilities and their families to provide a full range of services to assist them in living a quality life in their chosen community. The Society for Handicapped Citizens of Medina County, Inc. (SHC) has been providing services to individuals with disabilities and their families since 1953. The agency provides an array of services with emphasis on helping individuals with disabilities maximize their full potential as members of the community.

We pride ourselves in helping improve the lives of our individuals. We are all unique, and each one of us has great abilities. Each one of us needs a hand from time to time or a friend to be there for us. Join us in being that hand or that friend to one another. Not only for them but it will do wonders for yourself as well when you see that smile, laugh or impact you have made in someone else's life.
