Volunteer drivers are urgently needed on July 26th!
Help deliver local farm vegetables to seniors in Somerville and Cambridge! This event is part of the USDA Senior Farmer's Market Nutrition program. If you'd like to create a team consisting of a driver and a runner, we recommend teaming with a member of your own household. Of course, individual volunteers are welcome too! Each driver requires a personal vehicle to be able to transport the veggies. We'll provide a list of addresses for you to deliver to.
Takes place annually in July.
Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services requires staff and volunteers to be vaccinated against COVD-19 and to have received a booster dose.
