Purpose of Position:

Community Manager at ReDefiners World Languages is focused on building and managing online communities around our brand or services. They are responsible for engaging with prospective students and stakeholders and moderating online discussions. The Community Manager is skilled in creating user-generated content and promoting positive customer interactions. They work closely with our marketing and community support teams to ensure that our brand message is consistent across all channels.

Who Are We Looking For?

Marketing, Public Relations and Mass Communications students or professionals are invited to join our team to contribute time and skills in a volunteer capacity. If you are creative, goal-oriented, proactive and looking to make a major impact through a small organization, while gaining valuable hands-on experience, you could be part of the ReDefiners’ Marketing Team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create social media content
• Engage in Facebook groups to generate interest and engagement in programs
• Seek out opportunities to tag, re-share and mention ReDefiners World Languages on relevant social media channels

Requirements

• Active and engaging personal social media profile
• Min. of C2 proficiency in English
• Min. of C2 proficiency in Spanish preferred
