*This is a REMOTE Volunteer position*

As a Training & Development Specialist, you will design, develop, maintain and evaluate leadership development content workshops and initiatives. You will be working with the "Governance Team" to develop useful protocols and processes.



Responsibilities / Duties:

• Prepare presentations for Leadership Workshops (6 workshops/year)
• Develop training materials
• Finding areas to improve leads and officers performance, collect needed information
• Prepare a survey to be shared with leads after workshops
• Follow-up with leads and officers regularly on implementing the proposed solutions with their team members

Requirements:

• Experience in non-profit / for-profit leadership and volunteer management

Time Commitment:

• 1 hour weekly team meeting
• Approximately 3 - 5 hours / week
• At least 3 months
