The Latino Coalition for Health Equity (LCHE) is a national, community-led, non-partisan, and collaborative movement to build health equity in Latinx communities. We partner with community stakeholders to build community power and amplify local voices in Latino/a/communities. SaludConTech is an inclusive ecosystem-building community that provides entrepreneurial support for digital health leaders from communities of color.

LCHE and SaludConTech are looking for a volunteer to act as Latinx Digital Communications Assistant and
Email Marketing Manager. This position will maintain records and engage in correspondence with our network of allied organizations. This position will be responsible for writing email copy, preparing templates, and managing our email databases. They will also be collaborating with our Internal Communication and Strategy Team and our Membership and Strategic Partnerships Team to handle the logistics of planning physical and virtual events with our partners.

Job Description

• Build systems to send periodic emails to donors/partners/newsletter-subscribers
• Build channels to collect emails from people who show interest in our mission.
• Consolidate emails from different data sources.
• Collaborate with reporting and analytic teams to track, report and measure campaign outcomes and performance drivers
• Maintain email database

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills - written and oral
• Impeccable grammar, writing skills, and deep understanding of direct vs. indirect email copy
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data
• Skilled in problem-solving and project management
