We are working on expanding our services by adding support groups for adult survivors of abuse and sexual trauma for Spanish and Portuguese speaking individuals who are adult survivors of abuse and sexual trauma. We are looking for 2 individuals for each language who are willing to commit to 2 hours a week to translate some of our workshop and group curriculums and handouts.

Must be able to translate written materials from English to Spanish or Portuguese. Requires excellent grammar and spelling, and the ability to accurately translate the materials assigned. Please attach a short sample of your translation skills with your volunteer application. Training & Guidelines are provided.

Description

Hope Recovery is a support program for individuals struggling to cope with abuse and sexual trauma. We are devoted to providing support services to adult survivors of trauma. Supportive friends and family are requested to sponsor a survivor service by providing a donation. All direct service volunteers must have a current criminal background check.
