ORGANIZATION: Her Nexx Chapter

Her Nexx Chapter is "The Future of Connection for Women" that provides engagement topics and activities that connect and support women from around the world. From life skills with wellness to soft skills for growth, the education, workshops and community relationships reveal our commitment to women. We are entirely virtual and volunteer run, with volunteers represented from all over the USA and several countries.

We are looking to expand our Digital Marketing Team with experienced Web designers with the following responsibilities:

  • Plan, create and code internet sites and web pages, many of which combine text with sounds, pictures, graphics and video clips
  • Creating the design and layout of program web pages for our online membership programs.
  • Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
  • Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with the organization’s branding
  • Must have experience with WordPress.

You will also work on updating HNC's existing site to stay current. If you have experience with SEO, website writing would be an added plus, but not required. You will be collaborating and working as part of a multidisciplinary Marketing team.

The project you will be working on is our financial literacy program website page and mental wellness website page; each project consists of two pages with links, graphics and videos.

Description

In addition to our vision illuminating a diverse group of women spanning multi-generations with increased capacity to embrace individual strengths for well-being, we have created a community within our internal structure for our volunteers. We are proud that our platform provides opportunities to help mentor and enhance our volunteers' skills with professional leadership.
