This position will provide full administrative support to the production team. The Production Administrative Assistant must have excellent written/verbal skills, be a self‐motivator, be flexible, organized, and have attention to detail. Primary responsibilities will be performing all administrative functions necessary such as assisting with guest correspondence, booking production calendars, managing contact databases and production reminders. Requirements: Assist the production team in coordinating guest recording schedules, following up on key "to do" items, scheduling appointments, reviewing correspondence, and handling guest speaker’s questions Work with team production calendars Manage administrative document flow, including creating and maintaining files for items such as legal contracts, release forms, and speaker’s promotional items Schedule and send out meeting invites and keep track of relevant notes for assigned speaker(s) Perform other administrative and production support duties as assigned Essential Skills & Requirements: Experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field preferred General knowledge of production workflows is helpful, but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially the ability to write in a clear, concise, professional manner Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint/Keynote, and Adobe Acrobat Must be a flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment where needs and priorities are subject to much revision Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple assignments and complete jobs under deadline Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and communicate in a courteous and professional manner with diverse personalities and all levels of management while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality

The Operations Assistant works directly with the CVO & Founder and works toward ensuring a smooth virtual business environment with the focus of supporting and working with each department’s management. This position requires the identification of operational risks and opportunity and providing solutions for the same together with the help of relevant departments. Responsibilities for Operations Assistant: Work closely with the CVO to oversee business operations Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the virtual office Proactively recommend improvements to increase streamlining of processes and procedures Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency Compile reports and distribute them to relevant departments Attending to any correspondence and emails by alignments, partnerships and sponsors Attends department meetings Qualifications for Operations Assistant: Experience in a business work environment preferred Knowledge of and savvy with internet use Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong business acumen Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications An eye for attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of information

Media Relations Collaborator (Public Relations Specialist with focus on Media Relations) Priority will be given to those based in any of the following cities: Dallas, Houston, or Austin Job Description: ● Build relationships with new media contacts and maintain relationships with existing contacts ● Pitch story ideas and content to media ● Lead media release schedule for the upcoming event on July 5th ● Respond to requests for information from media outlets in a timely manner ● Organize, schedule, and prepare key leaders for press interviews and other media appearances as needed ● Write press releases, interview questions/responses, media summaries, and other public relations copy material as needed ● Track, evaluate, and share results of PR efforts Requirements ● Strong working knowledge of a variety of public relations programs and campaigns ● Must have an existing relationship with both Texas-based traditional and digital media outlets or experience in reaching out to media outlets in the Central-South USA area (ideally 6-18 months of experience) ● Priority will be given to those based in any of the following cities: Dallas, Houston, or Austin ● Self-starter, Team Player with the ability to organize, plan and manage time ● Support will be provided on graphic design and copywriting for PR purposes *While the position is currently temporary, there may be a chance to hold a more permanent post moving forward. About the Position Her Nexx Chapter is looking for a Fund Development Manager to raise grant and sponsorship capital to support HNC’s general operations and programs. Duties for this position include managing relationships of new and existing funding partners, crafting application language, writing reports to funders, and assembling due diligence documents. This is a great opportunity for someone with grant writing and development experience who wants to take on a leadership role in a fundraising team. The Fund Development Manager will assist the Director of Philanthropy in successfully implementing strategies to raise general operating support and programmatic capital. They may focus on fundraising for a specific program: mental wellness program, uterine fibroids program, financial wellness program, or general operating support. Be a leader in HNC’s Development department!
