Description: This is volunteer position Work remotely Designed with flexibility to fit your schedule. This is an ideal position for someone who has a strong interest in online video production. The following is a listing of interests, skills and knowledge the ideal candidate should possess for the Production Assistant: Must be competent in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Must be detail-oriented Must have excellent research skills Ability to organize internal finished project/asset library on Google Drive Miscellaneous administrative duties include scheduling meetings, research, maintaining organized shared drive and more. We highly prefer someone with a positive attitude about and experience doing admin work. We require you to be in a TV/Film/Video Production, Communications, or similar degree program Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the entertainment/content creation industry. Must be organized and a reliable self-starter with foresight and willing to learn from and assist the senior production team. Flexible start/end date based on your semester. This position will provide full administrative support to the production team. The Production Administrative Assistant must have excellent written/verbal skills, be a self‐motivator, be flexible, organized, and have attention to detail. Primary responsibilities will be performing all administrative functions necessary such as assisting with guest correspondence, booking production calendars, managing contact databases and production reminders. Requirements: Assist the production team in coordinating guest recording schedules, following up on key "to do" items, scheduling appointments, reviewing correspondence, and handling guest speaker’s questions Work with team production calendars Manage administrative document flow, including creating and maintaining files for items such as legal contracts, release forms, and speaker’s promotional items Schedule and send out meeting invites and keep track of relevant notes for assigned speaker(s) Perform other administrative and production support duties as assigned Essential Skills & Requirements: Experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field preferred General knowledge of production workflows is helpful, but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially the ability to write in a clear, concise, professional manner Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint/Keynote, and Adobe Acrobat Must be a flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment where needs and priorities are subject to much revision Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple assignments and complete jobs under deadline Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and communicate in a courteous and professional manner with diverse personalities and all levels of management while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality

We are looking to expand our Digital Marketing Team with experienced Web designers with the following responsibilities: Plan, create and code internet sites and web pages, many of which combine text with sounds, pictures, graphics and video clips Creating the design and layout of program web pages for our online membership programs. Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards. Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with the organization’s branding Must have experience with WordPress. You will also work on updating HNC's existing site to stay current. If you have experience with SEO, website writing would be an added plus, but not required. You will be collaborating and working as part of a multidisciplinary Marketing team. The project you will be working on is our financial literacy program website page and mental wellness website page; each project consists of two pages with links, graphics and videos. Media Relations Collaborator (Public Relations Specialist with focus on Media Relations) Priority will be given to those based in any of the following cities: Dallas, Houston, or Austin Job Description: ● Build relationships with new media contacts and maintain relationships with existing contacts ● Pitch story ideas and content to media ● Lead media release schedule for the upcoming event on July 5th ● Respond to requests for information from media outlets in a timely manner ● Organize, schedule, and prepare key leaders for press interviews and other media appearances as needed ● Write press releases, interview questions/responses, media summaries, and other public relations copy material as needed ● Track, evaluate, and share results of PR efforts Requirements ● Strong working knowledge of a variety of public relations programs and campaigns ● Must have an existing relationship with both Texas-based traditional and digital media outlets or experience in reaching out to media outlets in the Central-South USA area (ideally 6-18 months of experience) ● Priority will be given to those based in any of the following cities: Dallas, Houston, or Austin ● Self-starter, Team Player with the ability to organize, plan and manage time ● Support will be provided on graphic design and copywriting for PR purposes *While the position is currently temporary, there may be a chance to hold a more permanent post moving forward.
