It’s a WRAP! There is a new Online RADIO Station in the Kent, WA Community and surrounding areas!

Restore Assemble Produce (R.A.P.) a member of Best Starts for Kids Liberation Village, is announcing their official "School’s In with WRAP Radio" Kickoff. WRAP Radio is a youth-led 24-hour, online radio

station to promote youth voice and the Black /BIPOC communities in Kent, South King County, and wherever OUR story can be heard and told by us! W.R.A.P. Radio is designed to be the online "Information Station". The station also includes the social media components of

YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Podcasting. The station programming includes youth and adult voices, ideas, opinions, news, music, stories and informing our community of events and

activities and news that reflects what’s important to us. W.R.A.P.- We Represent All the People- All the Time. Some of our youth shows feature Tyanna and Tynee- "T-N-T Boom!"; The Cheloni Burton Show; Biansa Speaks (Pronounced Beyonce, but not that one); James Merry - You’re Not Alone; Aisha Hussein - Aisha Talks. Other features include Vincent Oywak’s-

It's your Money (Economic News); Richard Johnson’s "RJ’s Corner telling the "real" story; spiritual programming more. There is more good news! If you know of a youth, scholar, or young adult who desires to share their voice, want podcast a regular show or interested in being part part of the WRAP Radio team, (writer, reporter, producer, social media, etc.) opportunities are open to come on in and let’s get your show or idea started! Don’t

We are looking for someone who is energetic and love working with youth to assist a youth lead online radio station and podcast in the community. Will be trained! if you have experience in podcasting then that is a plus. Must be able to pass background check.
