The Volunteer Development Coordinator organizes activities to raise funds or otherwise solicit and gather monetary donations or other gifts for CJEnterprise. The Coordinator will work closely with our CEO to develop strategies for effective fundraising and ensure that CJEnterprise development is properly trained and equipped to carry out the tasks. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to motivate teams to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop recruitment strategies to meet fundraisers' merit goals
Plan projects that maximize efficiency, creativity, and success of fundraising efforts
Provide regular updates via meetings/emails with CJEnterprise leadership to ensure objectives are being met
Lead fundraising campaigns, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate the performance of campaigns
Prepare reports of progress and results on a regular basis
Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Communications etc.) to create holistic strategies
Bachelor’s degree in Fundraising or a related field
