T he Stewardship Coordinator will create customized handwritten thank you letters and assist with database updates for end of year thank you gift projects. We’re given help tons of ways every year. Writing handwritten notes to the individuals and companies is pertinent in the nonprofit world!

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to help behind the scenes virtually with flexibility!

We provide stamps and card sets - all we need is a passionate volunteer that loves to write.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing donor stewardship letters and materials.
  • Sending personalized letters to our volunteers to include thank yous, congratulatory, holiday & condolences.
  • Using the CRM database to track progress and preparing online materials for mailings.
  • Assisting with end of the year gift processing and tracking.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic about rescue dogs and the mission of saving dogs in need.
  • Experience in administrative support, donor and/or customer relations.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets & Google Docs.
  • Experience using CRM programs is ideal, but general familiarity with online database management. Training provided.
  • Ability to effectively maintain the security of sensitive and confidential information.
