T he Stewardship Coordinator will create customized handwritten thank you letters and assist with database updates. We’re given help tons of ways every year and writing handwritten notes to consituents is pertinent in the nonprofit world!
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to help behind the scenes virtually with flexibility.
We provide stamps and card sets - all we need is your passion to volunteer for dogs in need and a love to write.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Producing donor, partnership and volunteer stewardship letters and materials.
- Sending personalized letters to include thank yous, birthdays, congratulatory, holiday & condolences.
- Using the CRM database to track progress and preparing materials for mailings.
- Assisting with end of the year gift processing and tracking.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic about rescue dogs and the mission of saving dogs in need.
- Experience in administrative support, donor and/or customer relations.
- Proficient in Google Drive
- Experience using Salesforce CRM programs is ideal, but general familiarity with online database management. Training will be provided.
- Ability to effectively maintain the security of sensitive and confidential information.
