HELP FROM HATTIE is seeking a Yoga and Meditation leader for our virtual helath groups twice weekly.
While teaching meditation you will be asked to: Instruct participants on how to meditate, including demonstrating proper posture, breathing techniques, etc.
During guided meditation: You would be guiding participants though a meditation experience to facilitate
insight, healing, healthy self-reflection or constructive imagination.
We encourage any skills and practices that you have to support our DE&I culture while virtually assisting participants to practice self care routines.

Description
At Help From Hattie, we engage with community members to assess needs and provide the services and items they need to achieve optimal living. We conduct community health assessment days, fairs, and family fun events like bowling, relays, and community meals. We need assistance making posters, filling nags with supplies for the public, sign-in sheets, and any social media savvy folks to spread the word about our work. If you love people and want to have a great time join our team.
