My nonprofit organization,Empowering the Fatherless, is seeking facilitators who are interested in facilitating Living Skills and Personal Growth classes for men and women serving time at the Elwood Correctional Complex.
We are also seeking seeking facilitators who are interested in facilitating classes, for men and women on parole. at the Santa Clara County Resource Reentry Center.
Finally, we are in search of men who are interested in facilitating our Inside Out Dad Fatherhood program, at the Elmwood Correctional Complex, in Milpitas, CA.
Our Living Skills and Personal Growth classes are one hour in length, and our Fatherhood classes are two hours in length.

Mission Statement
The mission of Empowering the Fatherless (ETF), is to embrace, support and empower fatherless and at-risk youth, and incarcerated mothers and fathers. ETF equips at-risk youth and incarcerated offenders with Life, Communication, and Financial skills, so they may reap the benefits of living a violence-free, well-rounded and fulfilling life. ETF helps men learn how to be better fathers and we help fatherless and at-risk youth realize they are worthy despite an absent father.
Description
The vision of Empowering the Fatherless, is to address the fatherless crisis in America, help fatherless and at-risk youth, the incarcerated and parolees.
ETF is currently providing our services to youth and incarcerated offenders and parolees, at the following locations:
The Elmwood Correctional Complex - for men and women serving time at that facility.
The Santa Clara County Resource Reentry Center - for men and woman on parole.
The Silicon Valley Boys & Girls Club - for youth enrolled in the After School Program.
The Morgan Hill Unified School District - for Sobrato, Live Oak and Central High School students.
