The mission of Empowering the Fatherless (ETF), is to embrace, support and empower fatherless and at-risk youth, and incarcerated mothers and fathers. ETF equips at-risk youth and incarcerated offenders with Life, Communication, and Financial skills, so they may reap the benefits of living a violence-free, well-rounded and fulfilling life. ETF helps men learn how to be better fathers and we help fatherless and at-risk youth realize they are worthy despite an absent father.
The vision of Empowering the Fatherless, is to address the fatherless crisis in America, help fatherless and at-risk youth, the incarcerated and parolees.
ETF is currently providing our services to youth and incarcerated offenders and parolees, at the following locations:
The Elmwood Correctional Complex - for men and women serving time at that facility.
The Santa Clara County Resource Reentry Center - for men and woman on parole.
The Silicon Valley Boys & Girls Club - for youth enrolled in the After School Program.
The Morgan Hill Unified School District - for Sobrato, Live Oak and Central High School students.
